Decentralised Government Offices, Roscommon

This was a winning scheme in a competition for a 5,000m² office building on a site located to the rear of a protected structure and with restricted access.  Taking full advantage of the relationship with the protected structures the scheme generates a strong sense of place and high levels of amenity for the users.
