The new Vivaldi nursing home in Zoetermeer, owned by Vierstroom, was handed over on the 22nd of November precisely according to the planning. All the residents were transferred to their brand new accomodation on the Monday and Tuesday after a busy week spent furnishing the building. In the design the emphasis has been placed on the residential/living aspect whilst the care aspect is seen as an essential addition. Which resulted in, amoungst others, the residentual units being situated alongside one side of light passage. An abundance of daylight and views are characteristic of this building. There are also many surpising views within the building. Once the landscaping has been completed the residents will be living on the water. The landscape was designed by Alle Hosper.
