The client appointed COADY Architects and Perkins & Will for the fit-out of their new 13,363sqm HQ at Treasury Dock, North Wall Quay.  The client selected Block 1 of the “Dublin Landings” development as the location for their new premises, which is located beside the new Central Bank of Ireland.
