Opera Mixed-Use Development, Limerick City

COADY Architects were part of a PM-led multi-disciplinary team appointed by Limerick Twenty Thirty for the redevelopment of the c.53,000sqm Opera site in Limerick City. We acted as Architectural Master Planner ,as well as Architect for the design of a 14,100 sqm office building in the development, which is currently under construction.
