Founded in 1978, COADY PARTNERSHIP ARCHITECTS is an established practice providing consultancy to both private and public sector clients in master planning, architecture and urban design.

COADY PARTNERSHIP ARCHITECTS is active in the fields of housing, health care, education, sports facilities, offices as well as refurbishment, renovation and building conservation, and is accredited Grade I conservation practice by the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland.

This multiple award-winning practice takes great pride in its continuous strive for excellence by bringing imagination, creativity and added value to the design of buildings through the provision of healthy, delightful, highly energy efficient and low maintenance cost spaces that users enjoy.

In 2007, COADY PARTNERSHIP ARCHITECTS won the prestigious U.S. DesignShare Award for Innovative School Design for the design of the John Hume Building, the new Telecommunications Education and Community Research Centre of the National University of Ireland in Maynooth.  The team was appraised for the design of this flagship building for the campus, with spaces of great visual, architectural and functional quality, able to withstand high occupancy and heavy use.  The building is furthermore primarily dependent on natural light and ventilation, and will produce low CO2 emissions in line with their obligations to the Kyoto agreement.
