The 180,000sq.ft Asia Headquarters of UBS were completed within 9 months providing a new image and facilities for the 1,200 plus staff including an internal stair linking the 7 storey of client area, offices and data centre.

The mixed use development of a 5 hectare site in Cebu, Philippines includes an office building and plans for a ferry terminal, hotel and residential units.
