Perspective Representative in Ireland, COADY Architects, in partnership with Stewart Construction Ltd have completed two new six-storey office buildings at Dublin Airport Central. The two office buildings, and associated urban realm and park are the first phase of development under the Dublin Airport Central Masterplan, which is a framework for the future development of high quality, high value office accommodation at the Dublin Airport campus. The office buildings are directly opposite Terminal 2 and are arranged around a central garden courtyard providing a reception space for pedestrian movement between the office buildings and adjacent multi-storey car parks. The buildings face onto the ‘City Square’ which forms a focal point, social gathering and event space and ‘City Gardens’, a series of raised setting lawns immediately south of the restaurant. A new landscaped park is located to the south of the office buildings to provide a balance to the paved courtyards and event space. The office blocks are delivered to Grade A property market standard and LEED Gold.
